By default, all Stokeshire Puppies are sold with a Spay/Neuter Contract that is legally binding. In addition to this, an extra contract from us is required if you wish to breed your puppy at any point in the future. Breeding Rights Contract
BREEDING RIGHTS CONTRACT
This Breeding Rights Contract ("Contract") is entered into between Stokeshire Designer Doodles ("Breeder") and [Breeding Rights Holder], on this ____ day of __________.
1. Breeding Rights Grant:
Breeder grants exclusive breeding rights to the dog named [Dog's Name], registered with the American Kennel Club (AKC) as [AKC Registration Number], to the Breeding Rights Holder.
2. Geographic Restriction:
Breeding Rights Holder resides outside of a 250-mile radius from the zip code 54451.
3. Hold Harmless Agreement:
Breeding Rights Holder agrees to indemnify and hold Breeder harmless from any claims related to the breeding activities of the Dog.
4. Rehoming Clause:
Breeding Rights Holder shall be notified if the new owners need to rehome any of the Dog's offspring and given the option to assist in the rehoming process.
5. Stud Service:
Breeding Rights Holder agrees to allow the Breeder to use the Dog as a stud, subject to fair market pricing.
6. Termination:
Either party may terminate this Contract upon written notice if there is a breach of any provision contained herein.
7. Governing Law:
