At Stokeshire Designer Doodles, we believe in providing a luxury experience for our clients, from your first visit to our website to the joyous moment you bring home your dream puppy. As a fully Wisconsin state licensed breeder, we are dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of care and transparency in every step of the adoption process.

We understand that adopting a puppy is an exciting journey, but it can also feel a bit overwhelming. That's why we've created an online system designed for ease and clarity, featuring simple steps and convenient online checkouts. Our goal is to make the process as smooth and enjoyable as possible, providing you with all the information and support you need to feel confident in your decision.

Choosing to adopt a puppy is a significant decision, one that brings joy, companionship, and countless cherished memories for years to come. 1. First, join our email waitlist. We will then get in touch with you via email when we have confirmed pregnancies for your prospective litter.

2. If you are still interested in one of our STOKESHIRE Puppies, please fill out our puppy application and schedule an application meeting.

3. Once you’ve been approved via email, visit our Upcoming Litter Page. Please bookmark your litter’s page, as it will be a continuous resource for you and our central hub for information and communication.

4. You can secure your place on our official waitlist with a deposit. Your deposit's receipt order determines your puppy selection order on Pick Day. Feel free to put deposits on multiple litters of Interest. Deposits go towards your puppy purchase, subject to a 10% refund fee and non-refundable taxes.

5. After conception, the fee/deposit is nonrefundable but transferable to another litter within our program.
   Please review OUR RETURN POLICY for more details. Conception Dates are listed on the top of each litter and do fluctuate based on heat.

6. You’re able to purchase a Pick of the Litter option, however, we reserve the right from each litter to keep any for our breeding program. Pick of the Litter is NOT transferable to other future litters and is non-refundable. Pick of the Litter is also not a deposit. A deposit is required with the purchase of Pick of the Litter.

7. We operate on a first-pay, first-serve basis. Non-refundable and not transferable. If you do not make a selection on a litter, you will need to repurchase PICK OF THE LITTER. We will email our list as soon as the litter is published online. We exclusively allow PICK OF THE LITTER to visit our puppies and parents on-site if they reside with us at our discretion and on selected days. We do offer additional videos and photos via SNAPCHAT to help accommodate your selection process.

8. We will notify our waitlist via email with updates on exciting news about the pregnancy and the puppies once they are born, however, your litter page will be updated often with the same details.

9. We use Instagram Stories and Reels as a form of ongoing updates for each of our litters in addition to our litter page.

10. Once the puppies are 6 weeks of age, we will set up an online private meet & greet for you to select your puppy using Google Meet. This will be on a set date for each litter. Please make arrangements. If you are POL or near the top of the list we ask that you schedule in the early morning on the date allocated for Pick Day. We will give suggestions based on what we’ve noticed in the individual personalities of each of the puppies. Preference is given to those puppies going for Training.

11. After the virtual meeting is scheduled, you will then be granted access to the available puppies page, where you’re able to select and pay for your puppy in full. Also, indicate the pickup date, and sign your online contract. You have 48 hours to make your decision before we will open up the selection to the next individual or family. The deposit will already be credited toward your puppy price and will be reflected as a SALE. All taxes will be applied to Taylor County, Wisconsin. Please verify everything is correct and that any discounts have been applied before checkout. Doodle School and Transportation fees are also due at this time. Additional expenses, such as flights will be sent via an online invoice.

12. If you have selected a training package, your puppy will start training at 6-8 weeks of age and will graduate from STOKESHIRE DOODLE SCHOOL at 10-12 weeks old. This allows us to start puppies earlier if they are going to be flying in-cabin and are going to be near the 10lb weight limit.

13. For those puppies not enrolled in our Training Program, they will be available to pick up at 522 Medford Ave Medford, WI 54451.

14. Each puppy goes home with an information packet on training and puppy care, health records, and other information & goodies helpful for starting life with a new puppy. Contracts are stored online in our system and are signed electronically.
