Quick Adoption is our streamlined process for finding homes for puppies that are available after our primary Selection or Pick Day events. Clients have not chosen these puppies on our initial waitlist and are now available for immediate adoption.

How It Works

Once Selection or Pick Day has concluded, we will identify any remaining puppies that are still seeking their forever homes. We will then notify those on our general waitlist about the availability of these puppies.

Opening to the Public with an application

If puppies are still available after reaching out to our general waitlist, we will open the opportunity to the general public. This means anyone interested in a quick adoption can inquire about the available puppies.

Virtual Meetings

To ensure a good match, we offer virtual meetings with our available puppies. During these sessions, you can see the puppies, ask questions, and get to know their personalities. Our team will be on hand to provide information and assist you in making an informed decision.

Stokeshire Designer Doodles Puppy Adoption Policy

First Purchase, First Serve Policy

At Stokeshire Designer Doodles, we operate on a first-purchase, first-serve basis for all puppy adoptions. To ensure a fair and transparent process, we have established the following policies regarding deposits and reservations:

Virtual Reservation

  • Non-Refundable Deposit: We allow prospective puppy owners to reserve a puppy for virtual viewing by placing a $500 non-refundable deposit on the Litter Page.

Viewing and Reservation

  • Non-Refundable Deposit: To reserve a puppy for in-person viewing at Pick at or after 8 Weeks of Age, a $500 non-refundable deposit is required. The full puppy purchase is required before departing with your puppy and can be done virtually from a connected device.

  • Deposit Application: Please note that this deposit does go toward the puppy's final purchase price.

  • No Refund Policy: If you choose not to take home the reserved puppy for any reason, your deposit is non-refundable, however, is transferable to a future puppy from our program or a spot on our waitlist.

  • All deposits must be received to secure your reservation, and no puppy will be held without a deposit.

  • The deposit ensures that the puppy is reserved for you and not available to other potential adopters during the reservation period.

  • If you do not complete the purchase within the specified reservation period, the puppy will be made available to other interested parties.
