What is Quick Adoption?

Quick Adoption is our streamlined process for finding homes for puppies that are available after our primary Selection or Pick Day events. Clients have not chosen these puppies on our initial waitlist and are now available for immediate adoption.

How It Works

 

Availability Notification

Once Selection or Pick Day has concluded, we will identify any remaining puppies that are still seeking their forever homes. We will then notify those on our general waitlist about the availability of these puppies.

Opening to the Public with an application

If puppies are still available after reaching out to our general waitlist, we will open the opportunity to the general public. This means anyone interested in a quick adoption can inquire about the available puppies.

Virtual Meetings

To ensure a good match, we offer virtual meetings with our available puppies. During these sessions, you can see the puppies, ask questions, and get to know their personalities. Our team will be on hand to provide information and assist you in making an informed decision.

Stokeshire Designer Doodles Puppy Adoption Policy

First Purchase, First Serve Policy - Reservation Service

Reservation Hold Fee: For those who have not placed a $500 deposit on a particular waitlist and are looking to go through the selection process, we offer a $100 Reservation Service for those looking to adopt puppies after selection day has occurred. This fee allows you to hold a puppy until you can set up a virtual call or make a final decision. This service ensures the puppy is unavailable to other adopters during the reservation period.

Refund Policy: Fifty percent (50%) of the Reservation Hold Fee is refundable if you decide not to proceed with the purchase. The remaining amount is non-refundable but can be applied toward a future puppy or a spot on the waitlist.

  • All deposits or reservation fees must be received to secure your reservation, and no puppy will be held without payment.

  • Deposits and reservation fees ensure the puppy is reserved for you and unavailable to other potential adopters during the reservation period.

  • If you do not complete the purchase within the specified reservation period, the puppy will be made available to other interested parties.
