Reservation Process

  1. How do I reserve a puppy?
    To reserve a puppy, simply let us know your choice and submit the $100 reservation fee. We’ll then hold the puppy exclusively for you until your virtual call is completed.

  2. What happens after I pay the $100 reservation fee?
    Once the fee is paid, the puppy will be marked as reserved and unavailable to other buyers. We’ll work with you to schedule a virtual meeting to help you make your final decision.

  3. How long will you hold the puppy for me?
    We’ll hold the puppy for up to 48 hours to give you time to complete the virtual call and make your decision.

  4. Can I change my mind and reserve a different puppy instead?
    Unfortunately, the reservation fee is tied to the specific puppy you selected. If you want to reserve a different puppy, a new reservation fee will be required.

Refund Policy

  1. How do I request the 50% refund if I decide to pass on the puppy?
    If you decide not to move forward with the puppy after the virtual call, just let us know, and we’ll process a $50 refund for you.

  2. How long does it take to receive my refund?
    Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days, depending on your payment method.

  3. Is the reservation fee transferable to another puppy or service?
    No, the reservation fee is non-transferable and applies only to the puppy you originally reserved.

Virtual Call Details

    We’ll send you a link to choose a time for your virtual call once your reservation is confirmed.

  2. What happens if I miss the scheduled virtual call?
    If you miss the call, please reach out to reschedule within the 72-hour holding period. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but if no decision is made within the holding window, the puppy will become available again.

  3. Can I reschedule the virtual call if needed?
    Yes, we’re happy to reschedule as long as it’s within the 72-hour reservation period.

  4. What should I expect during the virtual call?
    During the call, we’ll introduce you to the puppy, answer your questions, and discuss their temperament, health, and suitability for your family.

Availability of Puppies

  1. Can someone else purchase the puppy during my reservation period?
    No, once you’ve paid the reservation fee, the puppy is held exclusively for you during the 72-hour period.

  2. What happens if I don’t make a decision by the end of the reservation period?
    If we don’t hear from you within the 72 hours, the puppy will be made available to other buyers, and the reservation fee will not be refunded.

Other Concerns

  1. Does the reservation fee count toward the puppy’s purchase price?
    No, the reservation fee is separate from the purchase price and helps cover the administrative cost of holding the puppy.

  2. What if I’m not happy with the puppy during the virtual call?
    That’s okay! If you decide the puppy isn’t the right fit, you can pass, and we’ll issue a 50% refund of your reservation fee.

  3. Can I see multiple puppies during the virtual call before making a decision?
    No, the reservation fee applies to one specific puppy. If you’d like to explore other puppies, we can discuss their availability after your initial reservation.

  4. What are my options if the puppy I reserved becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances?
    In the rare event this happens, we’ll notify you immediately and offer a full refund of your reservation fee or the option to apply it to another available puppy.
